Body Hair is Normal

I replaced my razor with a trimmer, and I'm never going back.
I had a conversation recently about body hair and how the desire to be 100% hairless is driven by men (PDFs in particular), and most women who can't stand to have hair anywhere but the top of her head couldn't be more insufferable.
A person stands taking a selfie in the bathroom mirror while covered in shaving cream, phone in left hand razor in the right hand.
If being hairless makes you feel more beautiful, you are who I am talking about. What the fuck does being hairless have to do with how beautiful you feel if not driven by the male eye? Please tell me. I had to explain to a woman I only remove hair for hygiene standards as a means of personal upkeep, like getting a haircut; she just couldn't wrap her head around the concept. I only shave once a month before my period using a trimmer, saving me time, money, and pain. I understand that is not normal. I'm the odd one out here, but there is no way she was fr.

Which method is best for you? I would recommend sugaring or an epilator, as they are the most cost-effective and eco-friendly. Things to consider when choosing a method.
  • Skin Sensitivity: If you have sensitive skin, consider gentler methods like sugaring or threading, and avoid harsh depilatory creams.
  • Hair Type: Coarse hair may respond better to waxing or laser removal, while fine hair can be managed with shaving or epilating.
  • Budget: Shaving and depilatory creams are most economical for regular use, while laser and electrolysis require higher upfront investment.
  • Time Commitment: Permanent methods like laser and electrolysis require multiple sessions over months, while temporary methods can be done as needed.
  • Treatment Area: Some methods work better for specific areas—threading for eyebrows, waxing for legs, and laser for larger areas.
